Each session is tailored to focus on personal weaknesses, whether that’s ball handling under pressure, shooting mechanics, footwork efficiency, or defensive fundamentals. The coach will provide constant feedback, immediate correction, and drills that simulate game-like scenarios while staying directly relevant to the athlete’s development goals. This format allows maximum attention and accountability, making it ideal for players seeking rapid improvement.
Typically involves two to three athletes training together under the guidance of one coach. This setup blends the benefits of individual instruction with the competitive element of working alongside another player. Athletes still receive focused attention, but they also gain the opportunity to test skills against a live opponent. Our semi-private sessions will emphasize competitive drills, situational play, and decision-making under game-like pressure, while maintaining enough personalized feedback to ensure each athlete continues to progress.
Generally includes four to eight players and focuses on both skill development and competitive application. While the coach cannot provide constant 1:1 feedback, athletes benefit from structured drills, team-oriented skill work, and live competitive play. Group settings foster communication, leadership, and the ability to apply individual skills within the flow of a game environment. This format is especially effective for translating isolated skills into game-ready habits, as players consistently train against multiple styles of competition.
